Eagle will be supported by the authorized local distributor from whom the purchase is made.

Aethelis Ltd may provide a limited 12-month commercial warranty, where applicable, without prejudice to the mandatory legal rights granted to consumers under the law of the country of purchase.

In European Union member states, the legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable legislation shall apply.

In the United Kingdom, the rights recognized under local legislation for faulty, non-compliant, or not fit for purpose goods shall apply.

Mining depends on technical, economic, and regulatory variables, including network difficulty, the price of digital assets, energy costs, device configuration, operational uptime, and local conditions of use.

Aethelis Ltd distributes the products of the HashStrike ecosystem and the related software tools to make participation in mining more accessible, structured, and supported, but does not guarantee profits, fixed returns, or economic results arising from the use of the devices.
